Meet Georgia!
Role: Childcare Assistant
Joined Pouncing Panthers: July 2025
Georgia brings a wonderfully calm, caring energy to Pouncing Panthers and is someone children naturally feel safe and comfortable around. She was drawn to PP’s active, nurturing atmosphere and its focus on helping children feel supported while having lots of fun — something she believes every child deserves.
A Psychology graduate, Georgia has a broad background working with children in a variety of roles, including as a lifeguard and a Learning Support Assistant in SEN and SEMH settings. This experience has given her a strong understanding of children’s emotional needs and how to support them with empathy and confidence. She’s also First Aid and safeguarding trained, making her a reassuring presence for both children and parents.
When she’s not at PP, you’ll most likely find Georgia outdoors — she loves the sea and spends much of her free time swimming and diving. Her calm, friendly nature and reliable approach make her a valued member of the team and a familiar, trusted face for the children.
Fun facts about Georgia:
She once swam to the Isle of Wight and raised an incredible £13,000 for charity.
Her granny has met the Queen twice — and Georgia has almost met her too (she’s definitely counting it!)
Her favourite activity at PP is the talent shows, where she loves watching children build confidence and shine on stage.
Three words to describe Georgia: Calm, empathetic, reliable.
