Hey! Just a heads up –

• You will have to register with Bookwhen in order to place a booking with us – this means that all the details will be saved for future bookings so will save you time in the long run!

• To save you scrolling through dates simply click on the calendar icon – you can pick the days you want that way!

• Be aware that you can only book one schedule at a time (i.e. Breakfast Club or After School Club) as they are separate events. Therefore, you must checkout and pay separately for them.

• You can book multiple days/sessions within the same event in one booking. Simply add them to your basket and checkout in the usual way.

• We accept childcare Vouchers and Government funded childcare. Please use the Checkout ‘Offline’ facility and state what company we will be receiving payment from in the box provided. (please contact us prior to booking to ensure we are registered with your company)

• When making payment to our account please use your BOOKING REFRENCE NUMBER as your payment reference so we can match your payment to your booking. (Your booking reference number can be found on your email confirmation)

• Please make one payment per booking reference number – do not amalgamate bookings and payments.
